IR5 Land Development
IR5 is an undeveloped 125 hectare site adjacent to the Albion and Thornhill areas of the City of Maple Ridge. Seyem’ Qwantlen Business Group is looking to create sustainable, long term and environmentally sensitive opportunities through a combination of residential and commercial developments. Key features of this site include access to Highway 7 and the Fraser River, views of Mount Baker, and close proximity to many services and amenities in Maple Ridge.
Jackson Ridge Housing
Maple Ridge’s attractive community of Albion is where this development is situated. Currently there are over 100 detached single family residential lots available for development.
